Conditions of Use

• Prices:
The prices in our Online-Shop (www.folkmanis-and-more.de) are identical to our printed pricelists, and quoted in EURO*. They include the German VAT at 19%. Generally, our prices are updated every January and July. The same prices apply for all European countries.

• Discounts:
If your total order value totals EUR 500,- or more, we will automatically give you a 10% discount (i.e. for collective orders etc.). However, this discount only applies to Folkmanis® Puppets. Other items, especially postage, bargain corner purchases, and books, are excepted.

• Where do we deliver to?
In general, we can deliver to anywhere in Europe. Customers from non-EU countries can be supplied with details of our partner firms on request.
There will be no further charges or duties on the prices and postage costs within the EU and Switzerland stated in these pages. If EU Customers (outside Germany) have a valid international VAT Number, we should be able to invoice them without VAT. However, we will need to receive this number (from new customers) at the time of ordering. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept late submissions of this number.

• Delivery/Lead Times:
At the moment, DHL and UPS are our carriers to your home address.
If an item is in stock, you can generally expect to receive it within 5 working days (Germany only).
For delivery to other European countries you should allow up to 12 days, though in many instances it will be considerably faster. In any case you can rest assured that we will make any effort to guarantee a swift delivery.

• Postage and Packaging Charges:
Please find the appropriate Postage & Packaging charges in the table below.

• Property Rights:
All goods will remain the legal property of Folkmanis® Puppets (Jochen Heil) until full payment has been received. Our legal domicile is D-97070 Würzburg, Germany.

• Payment Methods:
The normal payment method in the Online-Shop is by Credit Card (Diners, Master Card and Visa) via our secure server. If you are using one of our order forms, you can also pay by cheque (payable to Folkmanis), bankers cheque in EUR, and bank transfer. We do NOT accept Switch.

Established account holders, Institutions and public bodies such as schools, kindergartens and hospitals can be invoiced after delivery.

• Our Bank Details:

Complaints / Returns:
- You can return goods purchased from us within 14 days of receipt.
    Please retain a proof of postage (free from Post Office) for any returns.
- All goods apart from tapes, CDs, Books and Software can be returned in good (unused)
   condition only, unless faulty.
- Unfortunately, we can only accept returns for which postage has been paid.
   Please let us know of any problems, so that we can arrange the best way of returning
   your purchase to us with you.
